James Pinkert

James Pinkert, Of Counsel, graduated from DePaul College of Law in 1987 and is a member of both the Florida and Illinois Bars. While living in Chicago, Mr. Pinkert practiced transactional law in the transactional real estate departments at Antenow & Fink and Altheimer & Grey. Thereafter, he spent time as general counsel of a Japanese owned trading and distribution company that imported and exported thousands of tons of steel from Russia, Japan, Venezuela and other countries to help the company maintain a competitive advantage in the United States and international marketplaces. Mr. Pinkert now focuses his practice on overtime pay and employment issues and personal injury litigation.
